The successful candidate will lead the Bank’s administration and logistics function by ensuring efficient management of facilities, fixed assets, vendors, inventory, and operational support while promoting compliance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Job Summary – Administration Supervisor

The Administration Supervisor will oversee the Bank’s administration and logistics operations, ensuring efficient management of facilities, fixed assets, property, vendors, inventory, and operational support services.
The role is responsible for strengthening governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, supporting the branch network, and developing a high-performing administration team.

Key Responsibilities

The Administration Supervisor will:
  • Lead the management, maintenance, refurbishment, expansion, and relocation of bank properties and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage landlord, vendor, and contractor relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and oversee service delivery.
  • Oversee fixed asset management, asset tagging, inventory control, and record maintenance.
  • Ensure administration policies, procedures, risk registers, and operational controls remain current and effective.
  • Coordinate the timely resolution of audit, compliance, and regulatory findings.
  • Monitor administration budgets, operational costs, repairs, utilities, and property expenses.
  • Prepare accurate financial, operational, and administration reports.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Administration team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of administration requests from Head Office and branches.
  • Maintain an updated database of service providers and contractors.
  • Drive automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Promote safeguarding policies and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, or a related field.
Applicants should also have:
  • A minimum of two (2) years' supervisory experience in Administration Management and Facilities Management.
  • Strong knowledge of administration processes and operational procedures.
  • Experience managing facilities, vendors, and service providers.
  • Experience supervising teams and coordinating administrative operations.
