Washing Bay Manager – Nansana (Car Wash Operations)

• Oversee daily washing bay operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and efficiency of the facility.
• Ensure all equipment is properly used and maintained.

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of washing bay attendants.
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure teamwork, discipline, and productivity.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Handle daily cash collections and transactions.
• Prepare basic financial and operational reports.
• Ensure proper accountability of all business income.

• Support efforts to increase customer traffic and revenue.
• Promote services and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Implement operational improvements for efficiency and profitability.

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) minimum requirement.
• Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a service business (washing bay, garage, hotel, retail, or similar).
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Experience in cash handling and basic financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Nansana/Wakiso area is an added advantage.
• Valid National ID (NIN) required.
