Professional Cashiers (2 Positions)
JOB SUMMARY
Rojey Creamery is seeking professional and customer-focused Cashiers to manage daily financial transactions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accurate cash handling operations. The successful candidates will support smooth business operations while maintaining high standards of integrity, efficiency, and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS
• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in cashiering, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS/Billing Systems.
• Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and during peak business hours.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, mobile money, card payments, and other payment methods.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and billing software.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and receipts.
• Provide professional customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company cash-handling procedures and financial controls.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues promptly.
• Support daily business operations and maintain a clean workstation.
