Position Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell CYK Financial's rent credit products to businesses, individuals, and property owners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Promote company products and services to increase market penetration.

• Work with multipliers, associations, SACCOs, cooperatives, and other apex organizations to identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the lending process.
• Educate prospective clients on rent financing products and benefits.

• Engage and mobilize clients through:
  • Networking events
  • Business forums
  • Exhibitions
  • Workshops
  • Community outreach programs
• Represent CYK Financial at business development and promotional events.
• Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement initiatives.

• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Facilitate loan application processes and verify eligibility requirements.
• Support loan disbursement processes while ensuring all lending criteria are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

• Follow up on loan repayments and monitor client repayment performance.
• Support collection and recovery of outstanding loans.
• Maintain regular communication with borrowers to encourage timely repayments.
• Escalate delinquent accounts in accordance with company procedures.

• Promptly update the CYK Financial platform with:
  • Eligible loan applications
  • Client information
  • Loan approvals
  • Repayment records
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within company systems.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all customer KYC documents.
• Verify customer identification and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

• Contribute positively to organizational performance by continuously achieving assigned sales and portfolio targets.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business development objectives.
• Monitor personal performance indicators and implement improvement strategies.
• Support overall branch and organizational growth objectives.

• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by management.
• Support departmental initiatives and organizational projects as required.
• Participate in training and professional development programs.
