Job Summary
Kakira Sugar Limited is seeking a highly experienced Talent Organisational Development Manager to lead strategic HR development initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening organisational effectiveness, talent management, performance systems, and workforce planning to support business growth.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for driving organisational development strategies, improving employee performance systems, and ensuring effective talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organisational Development
  • Lead organisational effectiveness and structure optimisation
  • Support HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive policy review and implementation
2. Talent Management
  • Oversee talent mapping and workforce planning
  • Manage succession planning frameworks
  • Support recruitment and staffing strategies
3. Performance Management
  • Lead performance management systems and processes
  • Monitor employee performance metrics
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
4. Learning & Development
  • Design and implement staff development programs
  • Lead management development initiatives
  • Support capacity building across departments
5. HR Advisory & Coordination
  • Work closely with HR leadership on manpower planning
  • Support HR coordinators and functional teams
  • Ensure alignment of HR practices with organisational goals
6. Job Evaluation & Policy Development
  • Conduct job evaluation exercises
  • Support HR policy review and updates
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR frameworks
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Human Resource Management
    • Business Administration
    • Organisational Psychology
    • Or related field
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience
  • Strong experience in HR leadership or organisational development roles
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance systems
  • Background in large-scale or corporate HR environments preferred

Job Purpose
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering a comprehensive, people-driven HR service that supports leadership decision-making, strengthens HR strategy execution, and ensures alignment between human capital initiatives and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
  • Provide HR advisory and consulting to departmental leaders
  • Align HR strategies with business vision and mission

2. Performance & People Management

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in:

Experience
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory roles
  • Experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development
