Program Overview
Nile Breweries Limited is offering its prestigious Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program, a strategic leadership development pipeline designed to identify, nurture, and develop future leaders within the organization.
This program is built on over 30 years of leadership development excellence, with a global footprint across nearly 50 countries, providing participants with unmatched exposure to international business operations and leadership practices.
The GMT Program is designed to accelerate career growth and build high-impact professionals who can contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Program Structure & Rotations
Selected trainees will participate in a structured rotational program aligned to key business pillars:
  • Lead and Grow the Category
  • Digitize and Monetize the Ecosystem
  • Optimize Business Operations
Rotational Exposure Includes:
  • Front-line Sales Operations
  • Front-line Supply Chain Operations
  • One additional rotation based on business needs (e.g., field office, brewery, or operational site)
Upon completion of the program, candidates will transition into a full-time role in Sales or Supply Chain teams within Nile Breweries Limited.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Recent talented graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Maximum of 2 years’ full-time work experience (internships are an added advantage)
  • Strong ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)

  • Candidates willing to take on rotational assignments and relocate when required
  • Strong interest in a multi-functional career in FMCG, Sales, or Supply Chain
