Job Summary
Afredim Consults is seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, supporting accounting activities, managing records, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual with accounting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
General Requirements
  • Female candidate preferred
  • Below 30 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to changing work requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration activities
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Support accounting and bookkeeping functions
  • Prepare reports and administrative correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming communications and inquiries
  • Support management with administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company procedures
