Store Manager Job (Fragrance & Beauty Industry – Uganda)

Industry: Retail / Fragrance & Beauty
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
  • Manage daily store operations
  • Oversee day-to-day business activities
Sales & Customer Retention
  • Drive sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Improve customer retention strategies
Inventory Management
  • Manage stock levels and inventory control
  • Ensure proper product handling and storage
Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Support marketing activities
  • Contribute to brand visibility and growth
Education & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in retail or store management
  • Experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or sales management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computer literacy
