WAREHOUSE STOCK CONTROLLER / INVENTORY OPERATOR – JOB OPPORTUNITY

• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain 5S and proper warehouse housekeeping practices
• Use appropriate PPE at all times
• Report and act on safety or operational non-conformities

• Apply FEFO/FIFO stock rotation principles
• Conduct daily stock counts using digital handheld devices
• Perform quality checks on packaging before dispatch
• Generate and resolve stock variance reports
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Efficiently load and offload vehicles and production lines
• Verify load plans and ensure correct documentation is signed
• Perform physical truck counts to confirm stock accuracy
• Record returns and stock movements accurately

• Process stock transfers, breakages, and issues in ERP systems
• Update beer age and FIFO/FEFO compliance trackers
• Monitor digital stock systems and ensure adherence
• Prepare POS and stock movement reports
• Support investigation of stock variances and deviations

• Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams
• Coordinate with drivers, security, and inventory teams
• Support implementation of load plans and distribution schedules

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in FMCG (advantage)
• Valid forklift driver license
• Experience operating a double handler (advantage)
• Computer literacy required
