INVENTORY & STOCK ASSOCIATE – JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Associate to manage stock control, inventory operations, and supply chain coordination within a clinic environment. The ideal candidate should ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor all clinic stock and inventory
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
  • Track stock levels and initiate timely reorders
  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries accurately
  • Maintain proper storage conditions and organized stockrooms
  • Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Coordinate with management and approved suppliers on procurement needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Procurement
    • Logistics
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Stores Management
    • Business Administration
    • Or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in stock/inventory management in a clinic, pharmacy, or hospital
  • Experience in an aesthetics environment is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
