JOB SUMMARY

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
• Support collaboration frameworks and partnership initiatives.
• Build relationships with institutions and stakeholders.
• Contribute to resource mobilization and partnership growth.
• Support innovation, learning, and ministry expansion opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the organization’s strategy for partnerships and alliances.
• Conduct environmental scans and organizational positioning analyses.
• Track partnership achievements and strategic performance indicators.
• Identify and develop mutually beneficial collaborations.

2. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Understand partner goals, priorities, and success metrics.
• Coordinate documentation and sharing of partnership information internally.
• Strengthen long-term strategic engagement with partners.

3. Partnership Development

• Develop partnerships with:
  • Learning institutions
  • Donors
  • Churches
  • Sponsors
  • Community organizations
• Support proposal development and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to innovation programs and resource mobilization initiatives.

4. Networking & Representation

• Participate in consortiums, councils, and professional forums.
• Build networks and identify funding or collaboration opportunities.
• Promote the organization’s mission and partnership capabilities.
• Support thought leadership initiatives within the nonprofit sector.

5. Child Protection & Christian Values

• Advocate for child protection and child welfare.
• Uphold the organization’s Christian mission and values.
• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Support ministry activities through prayer and Christian conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Social Sciences

• Project Management

• Or a related field

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
  • Partnerships
  • Strategic alliances
  • Resource mobilization
  • Project coordination
  • NGO or humanitarian work
