PRODUCTS & LIABILITIES ANALYST (TRANSACTIONAL BANKING)

Job Purpose

• Product performance analysis
• Product planning and design
• Product management of transactional and liabilities products
• Revenue optimization and prevention of revenue leakage

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth of the liabilities book through data-driven product analysis and planning.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of transactional and liabilities products.
• Develop product improvement strategies based on customer insights and market feedback.

• Monitor all product fee lines to ensure correct pricing and revenue collection.
• Ensure proper system setup for charges and product configurations.
• Track and resolve customer-related pricing and fee queries promptly.
• Identify and prevent revenue leakage across product portfolios.

• Review and monitor concession accounts to ensure compliance with agreed conditions.
• Ensure clients are correctly assigned concessions in banking systems.
• Evaluate concession profitability and ensure sustainability of pricing structures.
• Identify opportunities to optimize income from concession arrangements.

• Analyze transactional and liabilities reports to generate insights.
• Provide recommendations to product and segment heads on product performance.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through financial and product analytics.

• Develop product proposals based on:
  • Customer feedback
  • Market surveys
  • Internal stakeholder engagement
• Present proposals through the Manager – Transactional Products & Liabilities for approval.
• Participate in product committees and business development discussions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support relationship managers with solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years’ experience in Consumer Banking or a related financial services environment.
• Strong ability in:
