Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Car Sales Executive to join a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven sales team. In this role, you will engage with customers online and in person, respond to inquiries, and recommend suitable vehicles based on client needs and preferences.

  • Location: Kisementi, Krsna Mart Building, Level 4, opposite Acacia Mall, Kololo
  • Reports To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
  • Recommend suitable cars based on customer needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Provide accurate quotations, including pricing, financing options, warranties, and delivery timelines.
2. Sales Execution
  • Support conversion of leads into successful vehicle sales.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
3. Product & Market Knowledge
  • Stay informed about vehicle stock, specifications, and pricing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand.
4. Post-Sale Support
  • Offer follow-up support to clients after purchase.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle usage and services.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience beyond the point of sale.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
  • Post-secondary Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Customer service orientation and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive sales or related industries.
  • Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Skills in coordination, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
  • Post-sale customer support experience is an added advantage.
