• Receive goods and supplies and ensure proper inspection and documentation upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
• Inspect stock for quality, perform secondary repackaging where required, and prepare inventory reports.
• Prepare and dispatch goods while maintaining proper accountability records.
• Support regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store and warehouse.
• Comply with organizational policies, inventory procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Operate and update inventory records using ERP systems and other computerized inventory management tools.
• Assist in safeguarding inventory against loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and stock management processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Operations, Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in computer applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
