JOB OPPORTUNITY – PASTRY CHEFS (6 POSITIONS)

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and breads while ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation standards.
• Contribute to recipe development, innovative dessert creation, and plating for different outlets and special events.
• Manage baking and production schedules efficiently to ensure timely output.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and support proper production planning to reduce wastage.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all workstations.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of baking tools and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate, Diploma, or training in Pastry, Bakery, or Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional pastry or bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking standards, and dessert presentation.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality kitchens or central kitchen operations is highly preferred.
