J. Samuel Richards & Associates is recruiting on behalf of a leading security services organization seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen its governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control systems.
The successful candidate will provide independent and objective assurance to management and the Board by evaluating financial controls, operational processes, risk management frameworks, compliance systems, and fraud prevention measures.

Job Summary – Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting risk-based audits across different business functions, identifying control weaknesses, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
The role requires a highly analytical finance professional with strong knowledge of internal audit procedures, financial controls, risk assessment, fraud prevention, compliance auditing, and governance frameworks.
The successful candidate will work closely with management teams to improve operational efficiency, strengthen accountability, safeguard company assets, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Internal Auditor

1. Internal Audit Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
