JOB OPPORTUNITY – HOTLINE COOKS (KAMPALA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes while ensuring high standards of taste, quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage assigned kitchen sections during service, ensuring timely preparation and dispatch of all orders.
• Support overall food preparation processes including sauces, seasoning, plating, and portion control to minimize waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in all kitchen operations.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate or training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food preparation standards and kitchen operations.
• Experience in restaurant or high-volume hospitality settings is highly preferred.
