 Job Summary
The Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and professional service. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, strong interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of nightlife entertainment and hospitality operations.
This position is well suited for individuals with previous experience working in high-end bars, lounges, restaurants, or entertainment venues.
 Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Create a memorable first impression for all customers.
  • Coordinate guest seating and reservations where applicable.
  • Provide information about venue services, promotions, and events.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization around reception and guest areas.
  • Support public relations efforts by engaging positively with customers.
  • Ensure venue standards and hospitality policies are consistently maintained.
  • Assist with guest flow during busy operating hours.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • A minimum of a High School Certificate.
  • Additional qualifications in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or public relations are an added advantage.
 Experience Required
Candidates should have:
  • At least 12 months of experience working as a hostess or in customer-facing roles within a high-end bar, lounge, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue.
  • Good understanding of nightlife entertainment and hospitality trends.
  • Experience providing premium customer service.
