Job Summary
dfcu Bank is seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support the performance and growth of the Manufacturing Sector.
The role will assist Relationship Managers and the Sector Head in client relationship management, credit and portfolio administration, financial and industry analysis, and transaction execution.
The successful candidate will provide actionable insights, strengthen risk oversight, and ensure efficient delivery of banking solutions to manufacturing sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for clients by coordinating requests, resolving service issues, and ensuring timely delivery of banking solutions.
Support Relationship Managers in maintaining strong client engagement and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the manufacturing portfolio.
Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management
Monitor client performance, portfolio quality, and key risk indicators within the manufacturing sector.
Identify emerging risks early and escalate issues to Relationship Managers, Sector Heads, and relevant stakeholders for timely intervention.
Business Development Support
Support business growth initiatives by maintaining pipeline reports, tracking deal progress, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Assist in execution of new transactions and contribute to expansion of the manufacturing portfolio.
Financial & Industry Analysis
Conduct detailed financial, client, industry, and market analysis to support credit decisions and strategic business development.
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights that enhance portfolio performance and client strategy.
Internal Coordination & Workflow Management
Coordinate communication and workflow between Coverage, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and other internal teams.
Ensure smooth transaction execution and efficient service delivery across all stages of client engagement.
Reporting & Performance Management
Prepare management reports, client reviews, and portfolio performance updates.
Provide insights to support decision-making and ensure achievement of sector objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or related field
  • Professional banking or credit qualification is an added advantage

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial institution
  • At least 2 years in customer relationship management or sales within Corporate & Institutional Banking
  • Experience in credit processes and corporate banking products is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent relationship management skills.
Good understanding of corporate banking, credit risk principles, and financial analysis is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
The role requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
