JOB OPPORTUNITY – CHEFS DE PARTIE (CDP – 6 POSITIONS)

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage an assigned kitchen section during food production, ensuring preparation, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections and support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and timely service execution.
• Monitor stock usage and control wastage while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff to maintain consistent performance and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-structured workstation at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate, Diploma, or training in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality or central kitchen setups is highly preferred.
