• Job Title: Chef / Kitchen Crew

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to restaurant menus and recipes.
• Kitchen Operations: Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen workstation.
• Food Safety: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and minimizing food waste.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and serving team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Quality Control: Monitor food portions and presentation quality to ensure it meets Goers Bwebajja standards.

• Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Assistant in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors, and food preparation.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety protocols.
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays).
