• Briquette Production: Participate actively in the full, step-by-step production cycle of biomass briquettes.
• Machinery Operation: Safely operate factory machinery and carefully handle production raw materials.
• Factory Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and safety across the factory floor.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a production team to hit daily manufacturing targets.

• Age Limit: Must be 18 years old and above.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and fully capable of handling manual labor in a busy factory environment.
• Traits: Reliable, dedicated, hardworking, and deeply committed to task completion.
• Experience: None required; a willingness to learn during the provided training sessions is essential.
• Availability: Must be ready to start work immediately.

• Starting Daily Wage: 5,000 UGX.
