Brand & Customer Experience Coordinator
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong social media and content creation skills.
- Comfortable creating Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily store operations and sales activities.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in retail, beauty, or luxury brands is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence and customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Coordinate daily store operations and support sales activities.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences that align with the luxury brand image.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in all operational activities.
