The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, supporting collections, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the company’s incoming payments, customer accounts, invoicing processes, and account reconciliations to support effective cash flow management.
The role involves monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, resolving customer account issues, maintaining accurate billing records, and working closely with internal departments to reduce credit risks.
This position is suitable for finance professionals with experience in accounts receivable management, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, customer account management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable Management
  • Manage daily accounts receivable activities and ensure accurate recording of customer transactions.
  • Monitor customer balances and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and account adjustments.
  • Ensure customer accounts are updated regularly.
2. Customer Collections and Payment Follow-Up

6. Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as a communication link between customers and internal departments.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Support resolution of financial disputes.
7. Records Management
  • Maintain accurate billing databases and accounting records.
  • Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and customer documentation.
  • Support audit processes by providing required financial records.
