Job Title: Personal Driver
Location: Uganda

Role Description
The Personal Driver will be responsible for providing safe, secure, reliable, and professional transportation services. The role includes route planning, navigating Kampala traffic and upcountry industrial routes, ensuring proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle, and adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols.
Key Roles
Safe & Reliable Transportation
• Provide safe and timely transport services for assigned personnel
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations at all times
Vehicle Maintenance & Records
• Maintain assigned vehicle in excellent condition
• Conduct routine checks and report mechanical issues promptly
• Keep accurate vehicle logs and maintenance records
Administrative & Logistical Support
• Support basic administrative and logistical tasks when required
• Assist in movement coordination and scheduling
Professionalism & Flexibility
• Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and assignments
Qualification and Experience
• Valid Class B driving permit with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive/company driver, preferably for senior management
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills
• Good familiarity with Uganda road networks, routes, and traffic regulations
• High level of discipline, reliability, and integrity
