Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hub operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently.
• Coach hub owner-operators to improve performance, leadership, and business management.
• Support hubs in meeting operational, financial, and impact targets.
• Assist in managing staff, supply chains, logistics, and farmer relationships.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance improvement actions.

• Identify operational challenges within hubs and support practical solutions.
• Standardise core operational processes while allowing for local adaptation.
• Provide support in resolving financial, HR, and compliance-related challenges.
• Encourage continuous improvement across all hub activities.
• 
  

• Act as the main link between RAD Global and hub operations on the ground.
• Coordinate with internal teams including finance, strategy, and technical departments.
• Ensure timely reporting on hub performance and operational issues.
• Document lessons learned and share best practices across the network.
• 
  

• Support RADiCool operators to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor implementation progress and address operational issues where needed.
• Collect and analyse performance data related to RADiCool operations.
• Track key indicators and provide regular progress updates.
• Gather user feedback to support system and service improvements.
• 
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Aquaculture
  • Agriculture
  • Food Systems
  • Business
  • Or a related field
  • 
    

Experience

• At least five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in farming or agricultural systems.
• Experience working in operational, field-based, or rural development environments.
• Experience working across multicultural or regional settings is an advantage.
