• Develop and implement branch strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the branch loan portfolio while maintaining excellent portfolio quality.
• Oversee branch budgets and control operational expenses.
• Implement effective loan monitoring systems to minimize loan defaults.
• Supervise loan appraisal, approval, and disbursement processes.
• Lead the professional and personal development of branch team members.
• Conduct quarterly staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Set departmental goals and communicate performance expectations.
• Implement credit risk assessment procedures to support sound lending decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and departmental leaders.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence across the branch.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience in asset financing is an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• High level of dependability, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to identify, develop, and mentor talented team members.
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing teams.
